Looking for a mechanic to install new shocks front and rear on my Tacoma.
I Live in Santa Rosa California so someone relatively local.
Is it better to buy my shocks on line and find someone to install it or have a lift suspension shop do the whole thing.

I would check the regional section specifically Norcal section. I do lift kits and maintenance, but I'm in SoCal, so no help to you.

You will save money finding a local small shop or local backyard Toyota enthusiast. Just make sure they have good reviews of their work.

My first basic lift kit on my personal Tacoma took me 2 full days. Now I can do 2 full lift kits in 1 day.

Some folks don't have the tools, a place to work, time, etc. Many reasons why someone wants to pay another to help them get the job done right. Like a plumber or electrician.

No doubt! Just a mere suggestion given that none of us really have too much of a backstory on OP situation

I am an honest proponent of DIY. He didn't ask how can he install his own lift kit. He asked who can install it for him. That's where I was coming from.

Installing front shocks isn’t as easy as it sounds.
Install the whole coil over assembly, yes. That is “easy”.
    But just shocks…….not so much.
