there's plenty of studies as well that agencies and private citizens are installing more lights as well as leaving them on longer due to the lesser energy cost of led.

Just did my pre-winter oil change.

The 2nd gen 4.0 makes it easy peasy. Got it changed just as the mileage was hitting 10K. Mileage on the filter was 147,800, odometer 157,787.

    Full synth Mobile 1 = :101010:

Figured I’d fire up the mighty-vac and get the snowblower changed out too just not to have to dump the oil pan twice.

Good use of a sunny November Sunday

We have been cutting and pilling up brush for almost a year...Moved over half of it Saturday with the tractor and grapple. It's a game changer. Rural King finally had a sale I couldn't pass up.

Pretty soon there will be about 4-6 hours of usable daylight. Or so it seems. Bears got the right idea.

It's funny, yesterday the wife was telling me about some article she read on how people go on sleep vacations, how the whole thing is supposed to be set up so that you get the best sleep you've ever had. I laughed at it at the time.. but I do like sleep.

Monday Monday, time for a hard push to get to Thanksgiving. Don't look now it's next week. Should get some decent OT between now and the end of the year. Blue Origin is the most recent launch provider to require our services.

Hunted Monday, Friday, Saturday morning and evening and didn't see anything. Got up getting ready for church yesterday and there was a couple in the neighbors field and 4 beside the shop. Maybe I should hunt off the deck this evening.

Spent the better part of Friday evening welding on this hay ring for a customer. They are for cows but they are using them for horses. The horses are sticking their heads through and rubbing their mane off. They don't want that, lol. One done, one to go.
