    I think we need the fingerprinting and backgrounds (we get 2). So what's weird is if I got all that with the HQL, I could not use the same ones for the permit. I'd have to do it twice. But if I get the permit first, the HQL will accept the fingerprints and backgrounds from the permit. :notsure::confused:
