While I was doing a tire rotation, I notice the bottom on my leaf back had move a bit. Never driven off road this is after 10k of installation. The image is just for reference. It is the 1 on the bottom that move

The bottom overload leaf should be fatter and arched down. This is held in place top-down compressive forces by the bolt/nut the finger is on in the picture. and once installed by the ubolts themselves as well. Any of this could be loose in theory but would need to all be loose to shift the leafs so hard to see all loose at same time.

How much movement? side to side so it is out of line with the other leafs? or front to back like the pin came out of the slot in the axel?

Could have been just out of line side to side at install before the pack was torqued together by the center bolt and never actually moved. I did that rebuilding my ICON RXT pack, oops, loosened and retightened with everything in line.

Thank you for the quick respond, I tried using a hammer while being jack up on the frame. Would not move at all. Now gonna remove the u ring and bolts and hopefully be able to put it back in place

aftermarket leaf pack? In that case their configuration might be different.
looks like a spacer/wedge on the older 1st gen tacomas. My 3rd gen ones didnt have that.

If they are properly tightened by the center pin/nut it really shouldn't move easily
If the ubolts were already loose and its the wedge/spacer it could shift, and now its pinned by the ubolts??

loosen the ubolts and see if it moves. make sure everything is retorqued to specs.

That plate shouldn't have moved but they sometimes do.. at least it's an easy fix

The u-bolts probably stretched and loosened up a bit. Be sure to check them every week or so for a little while.

They're not going to stretch forever. Just carry your torque wrench around in the truck for a few days or a week and check periodically. If you check every day for a week you'll see when they stop stretching
