The girls wreak the most havoc so far in my experience, but River is barely at that age where he's capable of gunning for that title yet. At nearly 5 yrs old, Sofia's meltdowns happen less often than they did when she was 2 - 3, but when they do...my god it's bad. Like, Rebecca is one of the most grounded/level headed and child friendly people I've ever known in my life and I've witnessed her absolutely lose her shit in obscenity laden screaming matches with Sofia (and ohhhh I have too).

One of the things I am so looking forward to about living in a bigger/newer house...not having to worry about every little and big noise echoing around through every wall and into every room lol

It has one lol. Upstairs there's a big open room area that's going to be the kids playroom. Green room here (getting repainted).





Was probably a bedroom or was an option for one when the house was built, because it's listed as having 5 bedrooms when there's actually 4.
