And that is not what I asked about at all. Good job for adding nothing helpful whatsoever to this thread.

Installed Rough Country seat covers yesterday. For $200, really pleased with how these fit, feel, and look.

Install was conceptually easy, but took some significant elbow grease to get everything to look uniform.

RC made a good compromise between ease of sliding in/out (cannot use the edge of the seat anymore!) and not moving once you are fully set in place. And aside from the small corner gaps near the seat-back I feel confident the cloth underneath is protected.

I strained to hide the small corner gaps. Still just slightly visible, but hard to see with the naked eye. This was definitely a function over fashion buy for me. I spilt two drinks before finally caving to covers.

I would have used some scotch guard and only drink from a good sippy type cup before I did that. Looks really nice though.

For me the problem is "Arizona summers". Get into the truck after a 10 mile hike and 3000 ft of elevation climb ... I cannot just trust a large towel to this operation. :tumbleweed:

I failed to mention the propensity for swamp ass here in central Texas. Also, the blacked out nature these covers provide is such an aesthetic improvement to the grey parts of OEM seats.

Quite the stark contrast to my slider install where I'm referencing a TW thread every 10 mins to ensure I'm doing it right

H9 conversion on the headlights and replaced high beams at same time. Believe it or not the Amazon ones were actually German. I think that's the first thing in a few years I've gotten from amazon that isn't Chinese. Cant wait to take a little drive and test them out after a shower. Old eyes suck.

Also started the fluid change outs....only got the rear diff done as it started raining and needed to make trips to get a large enough wrench to break free the over-torqued plugs from the time i had the service center do them. Hopefully i can get the transfer case and front done tomorrow while i wait on my oil filter wrench that shipped 10 days ago thru the post office.....ugh.

Pulled my bill from the time i had the 3 fluids plus oil changed in 2021 at the dealership....$600. Hate to think what it is now. Thanks TOD!

I really need to remove mine and throw them in the wash. They're full of dog hair and debris from moving.
