"1. Locate the ECU wire and cut it at a suitable location
    2. Connect the Green PCU wire to the end of the ECU wire going to the sensor.
    3. Connect the Violet PCU wire to the end of the ECU wire going to the ECU."

Bob, I have one installed on my truck. It sounds like you got it right. You cut the ECU wire and then connect the end going into the ECU to the maf calibrator. and the other end of the wire that goes to the maf sensor is also connected to the other wire going to the maf calibrator.

EDIT: and the arctic tacoma video is sick.

Yah, don't mess it up. and make sure you disconnect the battery before you start working on it. Theres some weird thing where the ECU doesn't actually run out of juice until about 20-30 minutes after you disconnect the battery. So make sure you don't solder super fast and finish in less than 30 minutes :p

the ecu resets. if you don't unhook the battery, then when you turn on the truck the ECU will shit a brick.

So I was thinking on my way home today and I figured I'd ask you guys, do any of you take your trucks to Bandimere ever and see what your times and speeds are? I have a friend that takes his Dodge 3500, 2500 and his wife's Durango there and they race. I'd be interested in doing something like that. Maybe also on the Alive at 25 race day. I'd love to race a few po-po police officers! lol

i've only taken the go karts out on the track at bandimere....man those fuckers are fun!

every year one of my clients holds a huge tournament with 3-4 elimination rounds ending with a 6 kart final...best i've gotten was 2nd, but had the fastest lap of the tourney!
