Its alright. Useful for the stuff I don't need access to at least.

Not Vevor but same. Plus it's awesome for bike storage and easily rolling it around and out of the way when I won't be using it for a couple weeks.

Mine is nowhere as nice or sturdy as @Sacrifice 's setup but I just used a 4x8 sheet of plywood and some 2x4s and chains. Use some ratchet straps to lift and lower the platform.

Do it! Best thing I've added to my garage currently, gets shit off the floor and away from walls so you have more room to work on things. I did most of the wall space, save for the electrical panel and entry door to the house. Plan to have MTB's and shelves in that area eventually too.

If I had a higher roof I'd add these too, wish I could get the RTT up on one, but my ceilings are <8ft, pretty cramped already.

Pic of current. Mind the mess, just finished a transmission thermostat install on the 4Runner which involved cramming everything into any open space so the whole thing would fit in the garage.

not a bad idea tbh! ive seen some little hand crank setups where you can do that without the straps.
very nice! i got two or three shelves but im already running out of room and it gets in the way... but i also need to enclose the ceiling in my garage instead of have it open...

also what you got over there?

That's how it was down in the pinelands when me and my buddies went. Honestly got a little dangerous had to keep a pretty big gap between the guy riding in front of me.

Open ceiling will make your life easier doing the studs for the upper strip.

And FD3S / JDM RX-7, think I posted it earlier in the year in this thread.

that is true but since my house is technically a raised ranch with the garage in the back it shows all the insulation... so thats why lol

    Rotary still? Staying in it?

I went with my buddy to go look at that beta explorer. He bought it for $2600. It is fun as hell to screw around on. Already told him I have dibs when he wants to sell it. It'd be a perfect bike to get someone (teen/adult) started riding

Still in it, hasn't run for a few years since a main harness was severed while driving though. Wiring repaired but still no start, some random issues still persist as well. One day when time comes back to me I will tear into it and see where it goes.

Y'all spoiled brats with your climate controlled garages and concrete floors! I gotta get to work closing in the pole barn and getting it boxed in for a concrete pour.

Mine isn't climate controlled by any means. Winter gets cold as shit in there but I can run a couple space heaters and wear jackets to stay warm.

    Summer is tolerable.
Most of the car work gets done in the driveway. The firebird is a bit spoiled but that's because the project always drags out and doesn't get finished timely.

Right right. Every thing I do is done in the driveway. A popup for the summer time hot shade. When the cold sets in, everything is on hold till better weather.
