This is what I have on there now.

Get some M8x1.25 bolts for the rotor removal, worth it. No swinging hammers and all that, things popped right off. They come in the bulk box from Harbor Freight, don't expect to reuse them unless you get beefy ones. Otherwise it's easy peasy lemon squeezy. I think my hardest step was getting the truck up and taking the wheels off. Do you have a caliper spreader? I don't, I used C clamps and old pads.

I don't know OEM part numbers though.

I've been trying to play the "if I ignore it, it doesn't exist" game with this for a bit. I had a slow leak in this wheel when it was up front, now that it's out back it's a much slower leak, but still going down about 1psi/wk.

    Think this would cause it?
    upload_2024-11-22_12-57-39.jpg

I rolled it around and didn't see any obvious nails or screws, but I might have missed one.

Going to take it to a tire shop and have them take it off and plug it if they see anything, or if they don't, at least that reseats the bead. But wanted to ask some of the more guru-esque tire folks if that rim is smoked.

I've got a bunch of rash like that on all my wheels and they're holding just fine, you might have some dirt in the bead?

Most likely just a dirty bead. It takes a lot of lip missing for a leak. This wheel didn't link a bit but two others in the set dropped five PSI a week

Id think its more likely the valve stem than it would be the bead

Could be. We'll find out. The good part of doing a 5 wheel rotation is I can take this one off and throw it in the bed, drop it off and go about my life until it's done whenever. The extra 12 miles between now and then on this thing won't make the difference in tread wear

I don’t have any experience with those so I can’t really comment

The kpo ones fit really well but that was on their tabs. I double checked before welding the tabs to the plates. Everything down there is so haggered so I would run the whole setup if it’s going to stay that way for a year or just jump on the jd setup.

We could make our own after we measure what the tabs actually are too.

That would probably cost more than redoing the tabs if you do all the prep work.

I have to see what kind of cut quality I get with this table because you really don’t want a beveled edge on those.

Pure beef coming from ruffstuff, they did send me 4 link brackets instead of the frame outriggers. PN R1152 vs R1512, I am sure someone is a little dyslexic and they will take care of it asap.

Kind of hard to do a triangulated 4 link with what I want to do with the truck. But yours on the other hand I see no problem. Might as well truggy it sooner or later. Youll save cash doing it now.
