Where can I buy replacement floor mats that closely approximate the originals for a 1996 Toyota Tacoma?

I'm an OEM guy, as much as possible. Dig around on eBay, Toyota dealers sell them there. My last full set came from a dealer in Long Beach, they were $136 but I think the going rate is around $150 now. You'll have to filter by genuine OEM and even then have to dig through the junk china mats, but there are some there.

Ot you could go through a dealer, like Ourisman (formerly McGeorge.)

Edit: Just had a look see, LOTS more craptasic mats these days. One guy is selling a set for $600 LOL . . . keep looking or hit a dealer.

What color carpet and which cab size? I have an extra gray set for a regular cab (or the front passengers of xtra cab) They're brand new.

Nolan, thanks for your reply. The color is Gray. I'm never sure on how to reply to cab size. The truck is 6 cylinder and on the back it has "Tacoma LX". I only really need the front mats (the rear ones are still in very good shape). Just got back from Montana and it just keeps humming along while turning over 234k miles. Love this truck! Do the regular cab mats have a different dimension size whatever than the Xtra cab does?

I believe the front two (driver/pass) should be the same across all cab sizes, the xtra cab has 2 for the rear passenger area. Dbl cab should have a different pair for the full-sized rear seat.

It's awfully hard to beat a well broken in first gen. Does yours have 2 doors and no rear seats? Or do you have foldable rear seats? Regular cab = no rear seats, Xtra cab (also called extended cab/access cab) = rear jump seats, Double cab are the 4 door trucks offered from 01-04 with the 5ft bed.
