So I took off idler #1 from the bottom to inspect and opened it up because I wanted to regrease them but looks like there are some bearings missing, do I need to get a new set of bearings or is this normal for the idler and I can regrease them, I'm not expert but would love expertly advice, I don't have much time, thank you.

If you’re truly in a time pinch you can probably find the whole idler pulley assembly w/ bearing already installed at any auto parts store

Please change the title to something more technical. This is not an SOS call.

Either a genuine part or replace the bearing. Getting a new bearing if even obtainable would take longer than getting a whole unit probably.

Lol thanks brother, it was an emergency for me though because I can't miss out on work tomorrow, but I got it figured out, those weren't missing bearings, these a spacer o ring washer that separates the bearings it was seven of em, so i cleaned out the gunk inside it repacked it with Lucas red grease I was cautious not to over pack it as well, I read that somewhere here lol, I put everything back together, drove it and the chirping was gone, but I won't count my blessings just yet, the real test will be tomorrow morning cold start and driving it, but for now I'm happy I got everything buttoned up, although I only had time to repack in only one pulley, I'll do the rest next weekend, but thank you all for your suggestions, much appreciated!

Sub'd to see if OP's fix holds up lol

That bearing is toast bud. Do it right the first time and swap it out for a new one.

As dude below told you, you can find those pulleys w/ bearings just about anywhere and they take minutes to replace

If the grease dried out or flinged off, there will likely now be excessive play in the bearing. With the belt off, check for play in side-to-side and fore-aft. The Gates part # is in that diagram - 36174, which is also same # for AC brand. Alternatively, you can press out the hearing and replace with two 6302RMX (10x42x13) bearings. The bearing in that pulley is a double wide design but you will not find such a bearing in aftermarket. So, you press in two bearings. That’s what I ended up doing.
