Thanks for the information, but dealership replace the whole entire headliner because it shouldn’t even left the QCs with this problem, dealership said it was improperly put in the first place the airbag headliners on both sides incorrectly improperly put in as well so they fixed it under warranty i’m happy and they did a good job of fixing it too thanks for the information you provided to me

I have a 23 OR and the headliner when it meets the windshield was poorly finished and peeling like this.

    How is yours ?

They just replaced the whole headliner under warranty The technician said it was put in wrong and it was falling down in the front headliner and windshield meet too but it still falls back on on Toyota QC for missing that on yours and mine and probably many other but Toyota is quality Gone downhill in the past couple years still better than other manufacturers

I would, also politely make a case with Toyota corporate. Worse case scenario they tell you no.

I would make a case with Toyota corporate as well but it inspectors of QC not doing their job correctly in the first place if it’s still under warranty, they should’ve just replaced the headliner if it’s under warranty still just saying

I’m at 16k miles so I’m still under warranty.
    I emailed toyota_customerexperience@toyota.com
Last week and still have no response.
Might try a few more dealers too. Annoyed I bought a new truck to avoid having to fix anything lol.

I hope they can fix your problem. But my dealership was concerned it not just the headliner It was near the driver side pillar and side airbag because the airbag clips that hold the driver side airbag from front to rear were improperly put in at the factory that was a safety concern and that’s why they replace the whole thing it took 3 1/2 weeks to get it I just took a whole day to do it, but he got it done did a good job but it’s sad now that the quality of Toyota in other manufacturers ain’t the same as it used to be it’s all about profit over quality and reliability now
