won’t be the same, you can get about $5000 off MSRP right now on 24s….
That’s not going to happen on 25s, lucky to get $1k off…

No doubt dealers will be offering a bigger discount on 24s, but I was just comparing 24 TSRP to 25 TSRP. There are too many variables to make a blanket statement regarding pricing.

Interesting to see how all manufacturers tackle pricing. GM announced pricing on 2025 Colorado trucks, big increases. Trail Boss $2,500 more, Z71 $3,600 more, ZR2/Bison $2,800 increase. I'd take a Trail Hunter/TRD Pro over the Bison $62,895. Meanwhile you have Ford not increasing pricing on Ranger at all, when everyone figured the RR would get a increase based on the value versus Bison/TRD Pro trucks. Hopefully Toyota follows suit and doesn't increase any prices, I see TH's up to $3,500 off MSRP advertised online, hard to say if that's legit or not.

    Possible reasons of GM increase?

Dealers are going to face some hurdles going into 2025, I can't see anything in the immediate future that is going to motive vehicle sales. Local Toyota dealer in MD just switched hands, I can't recall if they had two locations, can't recall who they sold to but that dealership had the same name my entire lifetime until this past month.

Harden your bark, there are storms on the horizon.
What I do is ask them how much they want for the vehicle. Their squirming is very unflattering. "I can't buy something if I don't know how much it costs."

I searched the website for build dates. Any 2024 models either have a VIN or a week 48 build date (this week). There were only two of these, both THs. All the 2025 models were listed with week 51 build dates.

What website are you referring to?
Has there been official word that 2025 Tacos have no changes to anything but a couple paint colors in or out (and maybe MSRPs)?

Other than Mudbath in 2025, what new colors are you hearing about?

mudbath is only for the pro, terra is now a regular color, and solar octane is retired.

Sorry, I didn't mean to imply I knew of some color changes. I should have said, "no changes but potentially a couple paint colors in or out."
If I had a vote, just drawing from Toyota's full line of paint colors, I'd nominate Meteor Shower from the Landcruiser, and Ocean Gem from the Camry.

I quite like Ocean Gem. I'm not sure if I think it'd look good on a Tacoma. I guess I'd have to see it. Meteor Shower is a better than average gray/silver as far as I'm concerned.

What do ya’ll think of Ice Edge from the Camry family 2022-2024?

I got some 2025 pricing info from a local dealer who said 2025 production (or at least the scheduling) has begun:
    2025 TRD-OR base $42900 (no change from 2024)
    2025 TRD-OR iForceMax base $46620 (up $20 from 2024)
Option package prices look to be about the same as 2024 but I only got limited info.
No colors listed in the system so apparently they are still deciding.
    Destination charge remains $1495.

Is that the color that kinda looks like a mixture of white and cement?

I looked up a couple VIN's from dealer listings somebody else posted earlier. They were both preproduction placeholder VIN's with the letter, but they both decoded to MY25 on the NHTSA website. Looks like if Toyota decided to change anything for MY25, they haven't found it necessary to broadcast it. That is, other than mid-production refinements, MY25's "second verse, same as the first" in regards to MY24.
