Getting there. Was able to get around yesterday. Going to try and get through the day without any muscle relaxers. Just moving and stretching. Still sore, and if I step wrong, or, lean over the sink, etc, I get a reminder....

Just need to remember I'm not a kid anymore, and I can't keep doing these jobs the way I do...

Primeweld Mts200, once it’s in stock.

i believe the steel skid of only on transfer case?? I need to read more but it also won’t work with my current mid skid without work.

resale… I would sale my DK lowers to offset the price for alternative lowers. Jd fab, I foot the bill. Decisions

Sweet, I cant wait to get a Tig225, But I think next piece of equipment is plasma table.

You bought a welder, anything is compatible with anything now.

Good point on that didnt even think of that

John are you talking LCA skids or a different IFS skid? If so, I avoid LCA skids. Just traps dirt and water. We burn through LCAs before scratches that a skid prevents would be an issue.

I'd still go jd, I trust their cradle way more than slapping more metal on factory tin (mostly cuz my shit is already folded :anonymous:), for the cost of those lowers you get the pivot and upper arms designed to work with it, and it does come with a steel option for the skid. I don't know how beefy it is but as stated you're going to have metal glue so

Getting rid of factory tabs is alot. And like its not crazy expensive for what you are getting.

Skid + alignment hardware + alignment tabs is in the $5-600 ballpark

edit if you can burn it on yourself....

You also might want to grab some limit straps and some realllllllly long brake lines while you are at it. I am finally grabbing the 12" shocks this weekend on Saturday during the TFT meet. I might be needing Jacks welding services....
