this is another key feature! There is often the non-truck guy helping load and drops cinder blocks in the bed of truck, because he watches too much TV.
You can also use it to lay on when you help your buddy fix his POS on the roadside

 

Made a great "patio" when we dropped the Scout outta the truck at the dunes!

 

It serves other purposes...from what you're showing.

I'm still trying to keep mine shiny like when I installed it a couple years ago.

 

Mine was already a bit dull when I bought it. Got it used for $50. well worth it at that price! they seem to pop up pretty often. nothing about my truck is as shiny as yours, lol!

 

If your truck bed's already got that factory spray-on liner and it's in good shape, I'd sell it. Unless you plan on hauling really abrasive stuff regularly, a bed liner's extra protection is probably overkill.
