There's 2 very different power window setups on 3rd gens, do all your window switches have auto or only on the driver's side front?

I had a few minutes to peek at the diagrams, your saying you have no power to the DOOR F/R (20A), DOOR R/L (20A), POWER No1 (30A), or POWER No 2 (30A) Fuses in the interior fuse box?

The two 30Amp fuses he is not going to find on the main two-row field under the dash, however it may not matter as those are for the rear sliding window. Those fuses are on the side of the junction/fuse box.

I'll look at power distribution later but odds are there's a fuse blown.

Looks like you need to check your ECU-B No 3 (10A) (underhood fuse box), ECU-IG No 2 (7.5A) (interior fuse box), and ECU-ACC (7.5A) (interior fuse box) fuses.
