Hello Gents (and Ladies) - my beautiful 2015 OR had a parking lot encounter with a trailer a few days ago. Pic of the damage below. I'm not sure it's worth taking to a body shop - I was thinking of just grinding off the sharp edges and painting to prevent rust. And then replacing the plastic cap. Any other suggestions?

    Much appreciated all!

Sorry to hear. If the trailer caused the damage, and they didn't run off, then they should pay to fix it. No shame in accepting that. If it is something else then I agree with you about grinding down the sharp edges, painting and replacing the cap.

No the bed itself is fine really just the rail and less so the top of the tailgate.
