How to get front/back sequential turn signals in sync?

I recently ordered both the ALphaRex LUXX series headlights and taillights. I got them both installed, but for some reason when I turn the hazards or turn signals on, the front and back sequential signals do not match each other (blink at the same time). I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting the battery to see if that might reset something, but no luck there. Is there something special I have to do to get them to turn on and blink at the same time? I've already contacted AlphaRex, but doubt I'll get a response until next week, so just thought I'd post here to see if anyone might know how to fix it? Thanks!

 

Left to right, or front to back?

not being snarky: were they advertised as synced set? I wouldn’t expect them to be, but don’t know if that’s how they were marketed.
This brand isn’t known for quality.

 

Sorry, front to back. The left front matches the right front and left back matches right back, but I would like the front and back to match at the same time.

I didn't see anything about it being advertised as a synced set, so that might be it. I didn't order them as a set either. It's not really a huge deal. I like how they look anyway, but just thought it would look better if everything was synced up.

And yeah, I've read different reviews, some bad, some good. And realize that there are also people on forums like these who just don't like products because others have said so and have never really tried it themselves. But I'm not here to argue about that. Just looking for a solution if one is available.
