    Caught more hockey tournament Saturday. The youngest, Barrett, got recognized as a tournament MVP by the tournament director. His team is in 2nd place, championship game this afternoon at 2:30PM.

    Good Sunday morning Rob and all :pccoffee: Temps are climbing it is up to 5 now and it is above zero, not below.

    Listed my old snowblower yesterday on Fakebook marketplace for free and it was gone in 2 hours. Young guy came to get it and he was happy as a clam. Lowes will be delivering the new one in a couple hours. Free assembly and delivery with the military discount on top of the sale price. Can't say I'm happy but satisfied. I guess, will see if it starts LOL. Heated hand grips and 10 pound weight for the front edge will also be coming today. Should be my last snowblower. Ever, one way or another if it dies and I don't die I'm moving like Ken at least 4-5 months of the year. But have been saying that ever since I turned 60 so maybe not...

    Well, it looks like the cold weather followed me here from Jersey! Dipped into the 20s last night. I have to admit I wasn't expecting this so soon. The fireplace and the heat pump are getting a good workout already. I have a professional chimney company coming out to clean it tomorrow, it passed the home inspection and it drafts well but I want to get a jump on keeping it clean. I'll do it myself once I feel strong enough to navigate an extension ladder again. Off the cane and walking fine but still not ready for ladder work. Hope everyone is having a great weekend :thumbsup:

    I've reached the age where I know my limitations ... I'll climb to the top of the first story to hang some Christmas lights or work our one gutter, but second story and roof shtuff ... I'm gonna call the guy, or gal ... I just know I ain't going up there. I've always been that big galoot ... age hasn't helped that factor any. :oops:

    :( That was a heartbreaker. They played a great game ... lost in overtime 4-3. Solid afternoon of hockey was enjoyed; complete with National Anthem before each bracket final game ... that felt really good. Nice to see all these kids being brought up right ... I'll be catching every game I can. :)
