Service Contracts

I have a 2021 Tacoma Sport and it's approaching 90,000 miles I've been debating a service contract but I'm wondering if it's a waste of money. I do regular service on it and it still runs and looks new.
I would appreciate any thoughts or feedback

 

Those contracts are overpriced for what they include. You can do the maintenance cheaper yourself otherwise find a reputable independent shop.

If you are handy and capable it’s not worth the money

 

You can usually talk them down on the price and get no interest if you want to pay on a year. Read the fine print and try to get one that is transferable.

 

By service contract do you mean one of those things where they overcharge you for future service upfront or an extended warranty plan?

 

Get one that is also refundable incase you sell or trade.
