I'll even give you the advantage. You can keep the micro tires and I'll help you take every bit of weight off your truck. And I'll keep the 35s and all my full usual weight tent and all. But I really don't think you want that. I firmly believe you would prefer to live in a world where you can keep posting that video and claiming you stand a snowballs chance. But hey I'll be down in the southwest in a couple of weeks if you want to pop over to line them up you'll have an even bigger advantage then cuz I'll have all my camping gear. You have such a less than zero chance at this the only way I would be concerned about it is if I had to do it with flat tires. You wouldn't be arguing with me at all if your ego wasn't just as fragile :p

We could do Tucson at some point, they have an actual drag strip and the owners put on all sorts of fun grudge matches

Fine piece of equipment you’ve got there. I’m playing sekiro while I wait for my injectors to show up from motorwest. Haven’t thrown the controller through the window yet lol

    I had a 1998 3rz a340 2wd 4 runner

The cruise control on it held 70 better than in my 01 limited v6 auto 4x4 4 runner despite the 3rz having 90psi of compression on all cylinders

The 3rz felt like it had more midrange, lesser top end end and no low end compared to the 5vz

The forerunners came with better gearing for whatever reason. 4.30 and 4.56 were much more common.

My 3rz 4 runner had 3.90 gears... threw some 4.10s on it and it felt like I gave it 30 hp

This one was a 4.30 truck. Somebody pulled the diff and then left it on the ground lol.

My 3RZ Tacoma also does surprisingly well at highway speeds--as long as you're on a flat. It'll hold 80 comfortably but you'd better downshift the moment you see a hill ahead of you*.

*Disclaimer, I do spend most of my time at or above 6,000ft and many of the "hills" are extended 5+% grades. All things considered it does pretty well as long as you don't mind giving it some beans in 3rd or 4th.

Add a pinch of weigt to my 5vz Tacoma and 4 runner and they would downshift to 2nd cruising on the highway... like why the fuck are we damn near redline to go up a 40 foot tall hill

Now I own a manual trans versa, zf5 swapped my f150 and have gotten the manual swap parts for my d150

Idk what I'm going to do when the manual goes extinct
