Supercharger, don't waste your money on chips. Or go with something like the APR X-1 programmer. Search for that and you'll find some good info.

^ X2! Or unichip makes a plug n play unit. Just select what mods you have done to your truck ex. headers, intake, exhaust and they will pre program it for you. The APR X-1 is great but the price tag is killing me. Im holding out for the unichip for the 2009 models for the trd re-flashed ecu.

I have the TRD I like it because it goes on my factory powertrain warranty. And makes plenty of power.

I'd heard you have to send that back to the factory every time you change something though? You're right though, the APR does come with a hefty price tag...

I notice that you're running 35's. Have you considered whether re-gearing will help you? Just thinking out loud...

They have an internet tuning option : INTERNET TUNING

We have had many customers ask us for local tuners in there area, but quite honestly its impossible to have one in every area of the world. So we have come up with a more cost effective solution for all our customers. This is internet tuning. You simply download a simple app calledteam viewerand then you contact our tech department with the user ID and password. Next they will help custom tune your vehicle/recreational toy for FREE for the first hour (note: you must have the tuning software or cables to communicate with the Unichip). If tuning takes over an hour you can purchase extra hours for $40.00 per hour. Our tech team will make sure your 100% satisfied once finished with mapping.

Also if you saved up and put all your mods on at one time. You would never have to have it re tuned. Thats what im doing.

None yet, need to finish the HEEP first
Regear your axles to the correct ratio for the larger tires first, then add your power mods.

If you have the stock 3.73 gears, there lies your problem. You put a lift and bigger tires on the truck, changing everything drastically. The computer has no idea what is going on, and is over working itself. The lack of power is because the ECM has to work much harder to push the truck and the gearing is much too high.

this. Regear your truck and you will gain back some of the lost power from the big tires.
    zing.

oh and you can probably sell that throttle body spacer, or at least take it off and use it as a paperweight.

After downshifting into 3rd gear on a 5 speed for the gozillionth time on an uphill grade (unloaded and not towing anything) to maintain more than 40 mph, I swore I'd never have another 4 banger truck again. Not one that I would drive farther than the nearest dump.
