Bonehead move. I was trying to unplug my crank position sensor on the passenger side and pulled th wires out of the connector. Is there any way to repair this. Working on a 2017 TRD Offroad

You can bend the retainer clip back into shape and push the wire back into the connector.

Or you can order up a replacement pigtail for the sensor and replace the the connector.

Toyota does not carry replacement pigtail. I can't see how the connector comes apart

    Toyota repair part numbers,

    90980-123201 for connector

    82998-24250 for terminals.

Google 2017 Tacoma ,crank position sensor pigtail. There are lots of quality repair solutions available that only require some crimping and heat sealing.

The sensor in question is actually my camshaft position sensor on the passenger exhaust side. I have ordered a replacement connector for it but the question now is what color wires go in which position. The replacement connector just has 3 black wires coming out of it and the original wires are colored
