Generic Shock parts? (tired of terrible ICON customer service)

I've got a set of 2.5" ICON coilovers and 2.0" shocks for my truck that need some TLC.

Shafts are pitted, schrader valve attachment is busted, rubber reservoir hoses are pretty cracked. I'm trying to get the parts for the rebuild as I've done in the past.

I've been trying for weeks to get ICON on the phone. I've spent a long time sitting listening to their phone hold music (waiting for 20 minutes only to be sent to a full voicemail box multiple times), sent them multiple emails, contacted their rep on this forum, all to no avail.

Is it possible for me to measure these parts and order them from another manufacturer or is this stuff usually bespoke? Hoping I could get parts from someone else, someone who maybe picks up the phone. Or should I bite the bullet and ditch it for ADS?

I need to get my truck back on the road and I'm not only tired of waiting to hear back from ICON, I'm not really inclined to give them any more of my money. I've given them some slack since they've been cool with warranty stuff and technical help in the past, but these days it seems like they are more focused on showing off billet horseshit at SEMA than selling parts to people who actually use their products.

Might try reaching out to a local shop to see if they have any recommendations or suggestions, or even if they can resell you the parts you need?

Apologies to the mods if this belongs in the Suspension forum, feel free to move it. It's for my 2003 4x4 but I suppose it's more generic to suspension.

Have you tried reaching out to a shock servicing company like Downsouth Motorsports or Filthy Motorsports?

Admittedly haven't done this yet, but it's a good idea.

Just kind of bewildered because in the past ICON has been really helpful in getting parts ordered and even offering me advice on whether certain parts were in need of replacement.

    Stuff and junk and things...
I can get you parts if needed or reach out to your local shops that may have the shafts, nitrogen ports in stock and can make you new hoses.

Just to resolve this -- Brooke at Downsouth Motorsports was awesome and helped me get all the stuff I needed from Icon. She really saved my butt there. Awesome folks who were kind enough to give me some rebuild pointers as well -- whenever I replace the Icon stuff, I'll be hitting them up.
