Belts lasting 100+ k miles?

    Yup… that’s what exploded on me 300 miles from home.

    I think as of recently 99% is done.

    did pulleys. Belt on order again. Compressor alternator pump.

    only thing left I plan to do is crank pulley. I’ve seen report(s) of those breaking on here with bad results and I don’t want to go through that. I believe it is rubber dampening material so that can’t last forever.

    serpentine tensioner was easy to do with the compressor and whatnot out of the way when replacing compressor.

    Also need to do compressor clutch as to my surprise (should’ve listened to the pic I guess) new denso dealer compressor did not come with a clutch on it.

    When I have to dismantle a good part of the truck, I replace everything within reason while I'm in there.

    My drive belt still looked good at 100k. Changed it anyway just with the miles.
