One perk of having a crib midget or two running around, perfect excuse to have people leave when bedtime routine starts around 7pm

 

Better yet, leaving a gathering early cause "it's getting close to his bedtime" or "he's getting fussy"

 

Y'all need excuses for that? My usual one is, "okay I'm leaving now, thanks!"

My MIL is a freaking master at keeping people verbally hostage

 

Yeah I was gonna say it's usually when around family or in laws. In laws in particular I have to try and not be my usual anti-social self as much as possible, granted I fail at that often. But pre-kids my only excuse for it was that I'm just being an asshole, at least now I can blame it on them.

Around town they can be fun. The highway is not fun ime

Mine is nothing special on the highway but its quiet enough and doesn't pull with the road or anything

 

Mine has about as much NVH as a B17 lol

 

Sound deadening tiles are your friend, and cheap as hell to do. Although wait until its warm out, they suck to install cold.
