I had a young fella call me last week and ask if I had thought about trading in my truck. I respect his hustle but I just said call me back when you can make the numbers work on me getting a '25 Heavy Duty High Country Duramax and you getting my truck and 30k financed.

I ain't heard back yet.

 

I was talking to a friend at that sale Saturday, he bought 10 acres with a lot of road frontage near his house 10 years ago for $200,000

He said a realtor called him this summer and ask was it for sale, he said yes hit me with a number. Guy said $400,000 and my friend said thanks for your time. Guy said I can go to $500,000

My friend said he told him when he got his heart and money right to call him back.

He lives about 1/2 mile away on 200 acres

 

Whats he wanting $1M??
