Vehicle color pellets are fiercely contested by the various divisions of automakers. Marketing wants more, Production wants fewer. If Produciton outright had its way, there would be one color offered.

Ok, fine, I am willing to suggest 5 that are fine to remove from production

I wish the Limited’s AVS was available on the other trims.

What is that? Haven't really looked at the Limited.

My '24 Tacoma Hybrid TRD Offroad has just shipped with a delivery date in about 2 weeks (hopefully) to Canada. I think it will be one of the last '24s built.

Mine was built Oct 30 and just got a ship date of 12/5 - 12/20 to upstate NY. It was still out to sea on the ship last Wednesday. BY the time it goes through PIO's to train, to truck and finally dealer, I expect it somewhere around the week of 12/16. Around 6 - 7 weeks ship.

My local dealer went live today with a 2025 TRD Pro allocation.

ETA: Toyota's website is all kinds of fooked today. Maybe they are rolling into new content.

Anybody using the ECT button? I read up on it a little. I've been using it during highway driving, because I like the added responsiveness for on ramps and passing.

I’ve been driving in Sport mode which is pretty much the same thing. I’m doing it to compare mpg. I’m going to do at least four tanks. I’m about halfway through tank number two.

With my mods gas mileage is awful. But that's not why I bought it. I'm running the E15 gas also. I drive 30 miles one way for work, so if I'm burning through fuel, might as well burn the cheaper stuff.

Genuine question, as I haven’t spent that much time in a 4G Taco, is it really that bad? The glove boxes on all three of my vehicles have some sort of give in them, but they don’t rattle around or move freely.

No, they are not that bad and do not move or rattle around freely. It is a solution that really does not have a problem. My wife actually appreciates the give it has as she can not get in the truck without hitting her long legs on the glove box.

It’s about fit and finish, everything else is right and tight and it isn’t.
The black gap is what is the most annoying, and for $13, it’s worth the fix

If the glove box was sucked up tighter, which is exactly what those little pieces do, then she wouldn’t hit her knees, Sounds like she might benefit from having them.

    No rattling here either.

My wife’s RDX has the same play and I’m starting to think it’s a feature and not a mistake.
