Ok cool, thanks. I was worried because when I did look into it it said the 4070ti super used a 12VHPWR 16 pin power connector which made zero sense to me. I don't see screws but I think once I remove the pc from the desk I'll see them.

Seems easy enough. What about RAM, should I upgrade it while I'm in there? Currently at 16gb but 64 seems like a good spot to be. Can I just 2 more 8s and be at 32 now problem or do I need to consider more?

You need to crawl under it tomorrow and spend 15 minutes on your back just looking at everything
Take a picture of everything, and 5 of everything you find suspicious and post them

Is the truck stuck in neutral or in a gear?

    Great choice.

I have the non-Super version...only because I've owned it for awhile before the Super ever released

Your 4070TI Super will come with a high power cable, and it will basically accept the two 8-pin plugs that are currently being used by your card.

Assuming each 8-pin is on it's own port on your power supply and not a pig-tailed cable.

You should buy a matched set versus adding more.

You could run into compatibility issues and such with memory not playing nice with each other and end up with blue screen of death.

Well we were able to roll it on and off the tow truck so I assume stuck in neutral?

Glad I don’t own, though at least then I’d already be on a repairman’s schedule

Well you see the image I posted, probably best to not go with the super then.

No no, the 4070TI Super is a great card.

You will run 1440P (resolution, otherwise 2K) on Ultra with just about any game. There is an exception to that with games like Black Myth: Wukong but really, non-issue for you.

The thing is, the 12v cable is used by some 4060 variants and up so even if you got a 4080, you'll be using that same cable.

But the graphics card will come with it, and it's as easy as undoing the two 8-pin connectors and connecting them to the included 12v cable. Just make sure ALL cables are fully inserted, including the one going into the card.

    Here's mine for example -

Hmm. I guess then I shouldn't worry about compatibility. It's crashing now just in the menu screen when th eye tracker is off. It's a lot of money but I'm so annoyed I don't have an option.

As far as RAM what should I look for?

Vaguely sounds like a power supply issue
