Windows 10 was actually released in 2015 and they list end of support near the end of 2025. Windows 11 release was in 2021 so if they support it like Windows 10 I'm hoping it lasts through 2030 or 31. No guarantee though.

Electric power dropped out sometime during the night. Wide area outage. Howling winds aloft. Glad to have dependable backup. Electric supply is iffy out here in the boonies, could easily be out for days... or weeks. After the outage, wife said "we have enough propane, no need to fill the tank all the way up." Famous last words. I said, "I'm filling it up... peace of mind is priceless". The older I get, the more important it is. Power restored sometime around dawn. We were both right... which rarely happens. I usually see a propane delivery truck every 30min. or so, after an event like this. So, I'm in the consensus.

    Good Morning :hattip:

Got my CT scan of my kidneys done yesterday evening at the Nashville VA . Won't get the results from the CT scan until Wednesday of next week . I spent more time in afternoon traffic getting to the VA than the actual scan

The CT scan only took less than 10 minutes

Good morning. @Oldie2007 Since you are in Texas a name for the pup could be Deputy. Yesterday was a little too busy for me. Went to bed early and had 9 hours of sleep. I will probably have surgery in late January or early February. I have to make the go- or no-go decision today, need to read the paperwork and talk to my brother today. Going to visit my cousin in the hospital today then out to a late lunch. On the way home stop and pick up 3 wreaths from my cousins' oldest grandson's high school. He is involved with a FFA fundraiser, he is a great young adult. But first off to the gym.

    Morning to all.
Today (Thursday) is my volunteer day. I mentor high school boys. Boys who request adult mentors (I did lie about the adult part :anonymous:) This is my second year in this program called Be The One. It's really great, my guys are super sharp and actually pretty amazing young men. Checking in and walking into a HS - kids drink coffee now (we never did in 1972-76) - anyway 7:45AM and energized youth........wow I'm awake!!!!!!!!!!:burnrubber::smokertransformer::transformer::bucket:
