Years ago when I installed bank security equipment; we built a bank vault and it started to rain after getting the angle iron welded in place. The next day my supervisor and friend brought some old tires to work with him. I had no idea what the tires were for. After lunch that day it started sprinkling and then a light rain. Next thing I know my friend was standing on the tires welding. Didn’t feel anything until my gloves soaked through. After that every time he would strike an arc and I had to hold anything metal that touched the vault I’d get a tingle in my hands.
So you can stand on old tires and keep your gloves dry, you will be fine.:rofl:

Saved you from having to clean the shop floor.

I guess if you have to have a flood in your shop caused by a neighbor -- who happens to be a carpet cleaner -- it is about the best possible situation. :notsure:

What's worse- a reused filter or re-used coffee?
My dad worked with a guy that would reload the pot with water and not change the coffee grounds and run it again.

I drink tea, Red Rose brand preferred, Lipton brand in wimpy.

@six5crèéd Here is a potential poll question:

Do you clean your coffee/tea cup regularly or believe that pouring boiling water in it is clean enough?

I reuse my tea bag several times (in one sitting) when it gets wimpy I just add a second one. :anonymous:

Better than pouring the undrunk coffee in the water tank when you make more coffee, neither is preferable though

Growing up, at the hunting club they made coffee in one of those huge metal coffee makers. The guy who made coffee would always put too much coffee in it and my dad would brew it 3 times. He said the first two pots you had to chew it

I'm a one and done kinda guy, one pot to one set of coffee grounds. We have a reusable filter and I just rinse it off before making more.

Looked like this, probably 3 phase.

I have reused the filter out of the basket for a second pot when I realized we were out but it was the filter that was just used and it was NOT thrown in the trash. Fresh grounds, none of that add a scoop and go stuff.
