I was looking on the west slope or southern CO. Basically, away from the mess. Lol

 

I thought you already left/went back to NC?

 

I have been in the trailer for the last year wandering around. Went coast to coast twice. I have been preparing to buy something in 2025. It seems the market is softening a little so trying to get the ball rolling. After a year in COS and six years in downtown Denver, i feel that i have had my share of the front range.

 

APD is not running radar in my area anymore. Havent seen them at all recently during rush hour. I've seen one person pulled over for maybe no license plate. The LEOs that are doing this are in regular patrol cars. The ones that did all the radar & speeding tickets were in unmarked cars. Theyre not pulling any over by the mall & lots of no plate cars over here at stoplights

 

We’re finally getting out of CO at the end of the year. It was a fun 10 year run, but it’s not the same CO we initially moved for.

 

Yeah thats also a worry of mine. I am hopeful that Denver will stay in Denver…

where are yall heading next?

 

Returning to western South Dakota

 

Oh nice! I really like the beaches there

 

I used Nicole Parentice in Grand Junction and she was amazing. I think she covers a lot of the Western Slope. I can DM you her info if you want.

They do call the one parking lot the beach at A-Basin.. Way back in the day we had tacos on the beach. Only pic I found find but there was a solid turnout
