Try crossing it over with a Denso number. I had luck with my parts guy doing that.

Hmmm. Let me see if I can dig out my old alternator relay. I upgraded to the 140amp alternator so had to change the relay. May work? I’ll try and check tomorrow and take a photo

Has anyone done aftermarket foot well lighting? Is it as simple as tapping into the proper fuse or do I need to wire it differently to dim and whatnot?

Do you want the lights to come with the door switch or on on/off switch whenever you want them on?

Ideally, on and dim while driving and bright when the interior lights come on. I know there's a $150+ VLEDS kit but.... Not for me. Pretty easy to tap in and have it run on accessory or switched. I'm not sure I'll get the functionality I'd like without that kit, though

The door switch would be the easiest. Not sure the lights you want are dimmable. You can get the mad sick Jdm Amazon rock lights and they are dimmable lol. You can also put red lights and a switch like police and ambulance that don’t ruin your night vision. I got puddle lights from this site airplane quality. They also have led dimmers light etc. take a look and you might what you’re looking for from this site. @Saturnine

You can install two different LEDs in the footwell, the dim one can take power from fuse of your choosing. The bright one can tap into the map light wiring in the overhead console.

The VLED kit is expensive because it uses one strip with variable brightnesses and uses a PWM controller. The kit also includes a breakout harness with OEM-style connectors going to the overhead console, which adds to the cost.

Very exciting! :bananadead: Replaced the rusted 4Runner wiper arms rather than trying to paint the old ones. P/N 8522135160 (driver) 8521135160 (passenger), and 8529213010 x2 (cap). Overnight parts from... London:
