Ordered the 5100's (front and rear) and the 1.5" AAL to get my lift.
Only looking at 2" lift or less right now. I install the rear AAL with the 5100's and should get 1-1.5" lift after settling. Install the fronts at 1.75 and should come close to level with this set-up.
Also, with the fronts...I use the coils from the stock struts with the 5100's..correct? I don't need new coils to get the lift with the 5100's, the stock coils will work with the new schocks to get the correct lift I am looking for?

On another note..new tires at 275/70R17 with this lift should not produce any rubbing issues..correct?

    Thx,
    Scott

Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
Stock coils are fine. You should be good with the 275/70's

if you put the billys at 1.75 and do an all im pretty sure the rear will be higher, since the rear is already higher to begin with.

Having rear higher is fine with me.

Rim/Tire I am looking at is the 17x9 Moto Metal 951 w/Nitto Terra Grappler
P265/70R17 at 6on5.5 w/-12mm offset. This should be fine with the lift I am doing without rubbing issues.

    Thx

Whats the difference between 17x9 and 17x8 ans would it make a big difference in tire selection?

    Thx

Just the rim width. Tire selection is roughly the same. The weight of the rim will be slightly less on the 17x8 of course.

17x9 -12 offset is pretty aggressive. make sure you get your body mount chop before you install your wheels. if not you will definitely rub at full lock

I have 17x9 with -12 offset and I rub at lock even with my fender wells trimmed. But I also have 285's
