    I was going to try that tonight, if I have time. 1-3 inches of rain and high winds expected tomorrow so I have some prep work that needs to be done on one of our portable garages.

    But I am not sure why there is no movement with the lift ram at all. And I am not sure if it will work even if I do free it up, but I guess that is part of the fun.

    According to the users manual to bleed the system you:

    12. Activate the control and raise and lower the blade
    several times to remove air from the lift ram.
    13. Lower the blade to the ground. The fluid level
    should be 1-1/2" to 2" below the top of the
    reservoir. Do not overfill. Reinstall the breather.

    Since the plow will not raise I am not sure how you would bleed the air out of the lift ram.
