Remember the Jon-e handwarmer, it had a little flap so you could light your smoke too.

The airport there has a great model of the Concorde on display in recognition of the many years of direct flights between London and Barbados.
Wish I would have taken a ride on it. Prolly a longer flight than the New York to London one.

Growing up in a border city, we had 4 TV channels. Only one was Canadian. My favorite was WXYZ. Only problem was that we were scolded in school for pronouncing the last letter zee instead of zed.

To make matters worse, while watching Saturday morning cartoons, the commercials always showed great toys with a banner flashing across the bottom that said "Not Available in Canada" Made you want it even more. Oh the humanity!

Exactly. My dad was on the roof spinning the antenna while we yelled out the window when we got the clearest picture so he could tighten it down.

I remember climbing the roof to adjust the COAX CONNECTION to the antenna, and the new babysitter for my younger borthers was watching me climb up/down in my new painters' pants. It was a few weekends of Saturday Night Live before she kissed me.

Sat my fat rear end in it.
Once they switched from glass bottles to plastic I quit buying them because you couldn’t make sobe bombs anymore. I haven’t looked for them since but I assume that put them out of business.
