I almost used the Amazon lockers once - the closest ones to me are in Bennington, VT - about a half hour drive. We end up there quite a bit because that's the closest Home Depot and Petco. Incidentally, whatever I was considering buying at the time could ship to Vermont, but not Massachusetts so it would have worked out nicely.

I think last year I was at about $2500/year for Amazon but I'm not sure what my wife spends. Assuming it's similar we're not quite there. I've only been to Whole Foods once because the closest ones are over an hour away.

How much of a deal do they generally give you. I haven’t called to complain about the price yet and it’s up to around $280 per vehicle now. It’s getting ridiculous. That’s without Stern too. I dropped that part during Covid when I wasn’t driving much.

LED interior, license plate, and fog lights. More to come.
I'm in the same neighborhood but that's for the platinum plan in two cars and two streaming subs included. I could probably get it down more but this deal is supposedly permanent so I don't have to call and bargain with them anymore, we'll see how long "permanent" lasts. LOL!

We dumped Netflix, but picked up Disney+, with Hulu and ESPN+. We dumped Netflix because the kids couldn’t watch while at college, picked up Disney bundle so I can watch college basketball games (research as I started coaching this year and haven’t played in 30 years) and kids have access while away at school.

music- we have Nugs, which live stream Billy Strings shows all the time, often as part of the subscription, along with a ton of other bands.
And family Spotify, which I use the least of my family, and they use it a ton.

Oh and to Grateful Dead fans, Billy Strings is worth checking out, especially if you like the Bluegrass influence that Jerry brought to the band.

Amazon Prime-sucks now, never get anything in 2 days any more, this is problem the next on my chopping block.

Does prime have any return benefits? I abuse it a bit. On the 3rd set of bushings coming in for the 63s and am going to return the first two sets.

No. With or without, you can still bring it to whole foods/staples/kohls/mail it through UPS/USPS/Fedex all the same.

I was just remembering a trip I had taken a couple years back with @Sloth and thinking I hadn't seen him around here in a bit either.

Howdy. I was sent here with some ideas.

(PS - for those who I know in real life, this is a surprise for my wife and her family, so please do not let her know).

I'm working on making her family recipes into a cookbook. They're pretty "classic old school new england-esque" recipes (which isn't a huge surprise, most came from the Lawrence Eagle Tribune circa 1970s). Crowd sourcing some efforts from the foodies BS thread and crowd to get some done, pictured, and included. For example, it would be hard to sneak in a pineapple upside down cake just because.

Not quite sure but technically we were saying that same thing about you......then you popped up in Arizona and are now married lol. I mean he did switch over to a Dodge Ram so maybe he is still broken down on the side of the road somewhere in Maine since 2022......Just saying

He had said that he was going to get off of TW.

Seth hadn't said anything and just disappeared around covid when we were all talking about bikes.

They play that stupid game every time. I gave up on it when I told the guy that I'd do it for $5.00/month. He told me that they had no such deal. Two days later I got an email offer for $5.00/month.
