When I went to AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days in Ohio this July I met and spoke with Wendy Crockett the 2019 Iron Butt Rally winner. She now works for a group called Vintage Bike Tours leading group rides in out of the way places like Peru, and Pakistan and they're using new Royal Enfields. Vintage appearance with relatively modern reliability. In most countries like that a 350 is a big bike. She had a lot of good things to say about them. In Peru one of the riders crashed one pretty badly. They had a support van on the trip as part of the package and the bike was fully repaired and rideable the next morning with surprisingly few parts required.

I just wish there was a way to add one of the little passenger seats and some pegs. Not that I'd need it....just would be cool

Well no riding for a few days for me - just shipped the Super Tenere's ECU off to get a tune from 2 Wheel DynoWorks. I'll be driving to work this week.

I might have to order this for my dad since he's got the M1000RR as well...

I would have thought Lego would have to pay Ducati for the royalty/license.

Yeah, my understanding is Lego pays to license, but who knows.

I'm basically obligated to get it....

Between this bike, the two large F1 cars (RB and Ferrari, to go with my Mclaren and Mercedes..), the 10 medium F1 sets, and the 12 mini sets.. plus the F1 hauler.. it's going to be an expensive January. Thats like a grand of stuff coming out between January and March that'll be on my "for sure" list. I have a problem :anonymous:

I bought the McLaren F1 car as well! Need to get around to building it once I get the stickers and parts for it (I got the Marlboro livery since I hate that they removed all the cigarette branding).

That is a sexy triple clamp.

The next shelf down is all star wars, plus another bookshelf across the room. I've been buying less of that theme though, they're the second most expensive when you go by price per brick. Marvel is #1 most expensive.

The new-ish line of mid-sized display pieces their doing are kind of cool and not terribly expensive.

The Honey extension has cash back on them right now, too, between $8 and $16 back.

Probably wont meet california emissions standards lolol.

I enjoy the competition in the moto space.... but the first line out of that CEO's mouth "we are proving that electric technology is superior to gas in every single aspect".

Im sorry but on a street legal enduro dirt bike where you are often going to find yourself out in the boonies.... RANGE plays a huge factor.... GTFO with the EV crock of shit lies that these botuique EV manufactures / cooperate shills keep pushing about EV's and the green agenda crap.

They have their place for sure, id love to ride a stark but theres zero change id buy one.
