A few additions to make me feel cool.
Did you use actual Raptor liner or like some roll on bed liner shit? Mine has been done for 6 months and looks the same as it did when I mounted it. I expect it to hold up as well as Line-X in the bed. I have seen some pretty poor results with some other products but to this point I am happy with the raptor liner 2 part epoxy system that you spray on. Who knows though. Time will tell. I will replace the bumper if it goes to shit.

I had PDR done on my 2008 Lexus RX. It wasn’t bad, and indeed putting on some new sheet metal vs paintless dent removal could have been an option. It would have likely been cheaper than taking out the dents at normal shop rates.

As suggested upthread, a cash transaction with the PDR shop owner turned out to be the best option. He made me a good deal and the RX looks terrific.

Your Tacoma sounds a lot worse than my RX. Maybe some combination of new metal and PDR could work.

I’d try pretty hard to keep the original paint, especially in that color.

Boost, armor, lights, big tires, no savings.
It was Raptor Liner. Rock sliders and rear bumper. Both shredded by gravel. Front bumper should last longer.

Fair enough. I don’t see much gravel these days.

There are some good suggestions here, particularly the bullet hole decals....

You got a really good deal on that vehicle. Personally, I would live with the hail damage and enjoy not caring about parking lot door dings, off-road racing stripes, and any other stupid stuff you might do all on your own. Save the money you would spend on PDR or a wrap and put it towards your next Tacoma, consider this a "starter Taco!"

You could get pdr on the dents that really bother you on the sides. That would make it less noticeable and not need painting. Could also get a replacement hood and have body shop paint it original color code. Maybe live with roof damage as you probably don't look up there very often.

Harden your bark, there are storms on the horizon.
New hoods are like $500. Get one and have it painted. Get PDR for the rest if you plan to keep the truck. If you're gonna float it, do the cheapest possible option. I had PDR done twice in two years totaling $19k ($500 for me)

Availability was an issue on certain panels back in July. Unknown if they've caught up.

My shop ordered a hood in October.
Said it was backordered to Dec.
    It arrived mid November
