    When I was a kid, we had two guys from Italy hunting out of our deer camp.
    They made a dish called "Sufrite" with deer heart and lungs.
    Got sick as hell from both ends from that wonderful meal.:crapstorm:

    Wife says save the guts, I say all yours, have at it.

    After she cleans the stomach and makes Tripe. Yep, it gets boiled.
    I had that honor couple years ago. Outside burner.
    Foul smelling. Nearly Heaved-Ho when stirring.
