Struggling with AC Belt Replacement

    I'm in the middle of changing all drive belts on a '97 SR5, 3.4L. Watched the awesome video on this forum, found and loosened all the tensioners to remove all 3 belts. No issues installing the new alternator belt, but the AC belt (No. 2 below) just won't go back on. The tensioner pulley is pushed all the way up. I've double checked the belt part number, and checked length with the old belt and they match. What's the secret to getting the belt back around all three pulleys. Should it be this snug.

    2012 Tacoma TRD OR, 2007 DC (sold), 2003 TRD OR (sold)
    ARB Bumper, SOS sliders, SOS rear bumper, SOS skid plate. OME Lift. Some other stuff.
    Makesure the belt is all the way on the bigger pulleys first, you want to wrestle getting it on the tensioner and not the pulleys.

    On further contemplation, I'm guessing I didn't loosen the tensioner enough. It was loosened enough to remove the old belt but the new probably needs more room.
    Will have to wait for the rains to pass.
