Sorry for the late reply. I mounted them to where the OEM bump stop would normally hit the frame. I can’t recall if I needed to drill a hole for the stud or not, it’s been a little while since I did the lift. I know it looks dirty and it is. But I sprayed everything with fluid film when I installed the suspension to prevent corrosion so it’s collected a lot of dust.

Sumo Springs front and rear for me too. Had em on a few vehicles now. Wouldn't consider using factory bump stops again.

I've run Perry Parts front and rear for over a year now. They work great!

I know this thread is getting old, but maybe we can keep it going a few more years. Does anybody know if the GM bump stops mentioned here will work in the front position of a 3rd gen? I don't do any off roading and I can't see myself spending nearly 300 bucks on this. I have 5100 leveling struts on the 1.55" setting. I think I'm going to top them out and I'd like something better than the stock bumps without having to spend so much.

Oh there will be some mods all right
I haven't actually used these but a lot of people in the reviews say they will work. Some people say you have to go find the right bolts and some people don't mention it so I'm not sure what that's all about but there's a few guys running these I know for sure. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01E1SUO2A?ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title

Thanks for the recommendation. I like the look and price of the GM ones so I'm hoping someone else has tried them. I know at the least the tab will have to be bent down or removed.

GM rears work nice so far with ICON RXT and for resi 2.0. In the original GM link there are energy suspension fronts. This is what I did.
