Been meaning to post that link ages ago when you initially stated what you were looking for next, but the dealer name wouldn't come to the rusty trap.....
just found it while deleting pics...

 

The use calculation for me was $40 which I convinced them to waive....
Had 3.5k miles on it when I finally turned it in.
Had about 550 miles when I started the process.
Had no idea what I was in for in regards to the "wear, tear, usage me" so I let them have it from the get-go...
If I knew it was only $40, I wouldn't have made a stink.

Your guess is as good as mine. No return call from Sedgwick (transfer people) and no response from Toyota either. And to add insult to injury I had to make another fuckin loan payment! I'm paying that dude's bail that crashed the car and asking him for a favor!!!

 

When you have a third-party involved things never go well. It’s sort of like a marriage.

 

On hold with Toyota Brand Engagement again... last time took 5 days for a supervisor next day call back!!

 

If Sedewick rep called you & you're waiting for the transfer rep to call you & schedule a delivery date....
why are you calling Toyota now?

You should be calling the Sedgwick rep that sent you the email & light the fire on them....
Took a few weeks from when I provided all the paperwork to the Sedgwick rep via email to when the transfer rep called me to notify me of transfer date...

Im in San Diego, other parts of the US may have different time frames, urgency....

 

Because sedgwick told me I would have a date scheduled before Friday. That came and went and Sedgwick has not returned my phone calls. Toyota hired these people and if they wont keep their word then what do you expect me to do? Stand here with my thumb up my ass getting the run around from every mother fucker in this chain of events? I'm calling every piece of shit involved in the hopes I get one person with a work ethic. Or should I just wait for these cock suckers until they are good and ready and pay another loan payment? Damn straight I'm calling Toyota. They are who I signed a contract with.. not Sedgwick.

So the cell phone number for the rep is now a non working number. That was confirmed by the rep today on our recorded conversation. The person on the phone today, like every other time, has no phone number for the people handling this bullshit and the BEST I can get is a scheduled call back tomorrow at 11am. Last time I did this it took 5 days for a call back.

 

The finish line was a little nerve racking for me too....
Not sure if you saw on my paint thread, I helped another member here navigate the hoops...

Like I said, try & find a main# for sedwick & talk to a manager, etc....

 

Sometimes you gotta drop an f-bomb, its worked for me a couple of times.

 

I like using despicable, its really insulting without cursing.

 

I've had that backfire on me several times. Not a good idea, although I have trouble refraining from doing it.
