    While I don't mind a bit of heat, my stomach doesn't always appreciate it, so I take it with milk to keep the happy balance. I inherited my mom's intolerance for most heat, but I'm working on it.

    Calcium build up on a tendon in my shoulder. Was giving me a great deal of pain. Stuck a needle in me and broke it up. Injected some steroids in after that. Celebrating with wine and Sushi now... :thumbsup:
