Deer hunting BS thread

People travel all the way to South Africa to hunt high fence Eastern Cape hunts that are all put and take operations. Heck of a long way to hunt tame animals.

edit: “nice ones”is an understatement. They are monsters

 

Seems like we’re doing something that’s related to deer hunting year round. I probably put in 100-120 hunts per year. After season, cones shed hunting then working on and moving stands then food plots. We try to wrap things up by September then hunting starts in October.

 

Pretty much as i would expect. Regardless of the species I know trophy’s like that don’t often just happen.. thanks for sharing!

A couple showed up this morning after hiding out for the past week...
Bucks vaporized after the rut.

 

Few does showed up last night around 9:18pm. Only buck ive seen was last week on neighbors property...

My daughter and I watched these two after dropping my son off at school yesterday.

 

I have a ladder setup right on the other side of the stone wall.
Had a single doe standing there just after shooting time the other day.

That little Chicom camera is still working like a charm as well.
