wait ... do the fogs not come on with the parking lights on? In Stitch I can select parking lights, then turn on the fogs, so I can run fogs only, essentially ... the marker parking lights are on with them.

... my brain's gettin' soft + I don't daily drive the truck any more.

Never checked to see if mine will operate independently of the headlights :goingcrazy:. New fangled stuff makes life harder keeping up with things. First item for the day is to check fog light/headlight operation .

Stay warm and safe Jim :fistbump:

Hmmm ... seems odd that there'd be a difference in that between the Tacoma and the 4Runner ... but I ain't no engineer ... boxes on airplanes, yo. ;)

Good Friday morning :pccoffee: I didn't need to know that it was the 13th though sometimes ignorance is bliss

Yep many vehicles have one search for Any time Fog Light Mod. In many States it is It's illegal to run fog lights without headlights on. Low beams only, turning high beams on should turn off fog lights. Then again it does seem to vary a lot by maker.

Only had my 2nd gen Taco for 11 years thought I could do just the fog lights on it. Then realized I can't even recall what I had to eat for supper last night so there is that...

I thought about going out and checking the GX460 fog lights. Dogs got me up at 4:15 instead of ~5 this morning though and it is -3°. Not this morning, it can wait LOL.

Good Morning Mike , Don't blame you for not going out to check. I don't have dogs to wake me up that early, but I have a bladder that does so it's coffee time then...:rofl:

    Stay warm :fistbump:

Thanks Ken and yeah I hear you. Now I understand the saying that once you get to a certain age getting lucky means you made it all night without having to wake up and pee!
