I got the TRD cat-back from the dealership for $375, when it was installed I really didn't like it because I thought it was too loud when you gave it the throttle...I was debating to take it off and sell it, but after a month or so the sound mellowed out and it's pretty nice now. Pretty happy with the mellow sound and performance. Also, it has Bosal stamped on the muffler, not Borla.

if you want quiet id go with the gibson. The glass packing quiets the exhaust down alot!

I dunno about you but I love booby exhaust :D

The Dynomax Super Turbo would probably be your best bet. Dunno how different it would sound on your 4.0 but is perfect for my 3.4. Nice and quiet with a nice low grumble when accelerating, no in-cab drone, cheap, and has been proven to have some mild performance gains.
