ofc. Maybe you like vehicles that might brake or not brake and kill/injure someone, not me.

Actually, I did the hold the traction control disable thing today and it drove just fine. A bit of a pain to have to do each time you start the truck, but it works. The one time I didn't do the disable I had the blinking traction control light flash when I was going straight down the road at about 45mph. I then pulled over because you can't disable on the fly at that speed and after I did disable it drove fine again.

i think you're missing the point. being that you're in LA, maybe you swimming in money like scrooge mcduck, that a $40k vehicle is more disposable than starbucks cup. but for the rest of us, that's a massive chunk of change, and very few of the rest of the world can afford to just simply dispose of it because of some issues.

that traction button puts the tcs system in a lower-alert mode. it's still active, but takes quite a lot to trigger.

i would have a serious look at the modified front suspension for loose or misaligned parts, steering wheel angle sensor, and the front wheel speed sensors(be aware, it might be cheaper to get the entire hub/bearing replaced than just the sensor by itself). you can make the determination if you'd like to Parts Cannon all of them or attempt a more nuanced approach.

What dealer did you get this from?
This doesn't sound like a vehicle that should have been sold with all these safety issues.

Actually took it back to dealer today so they can figure it out or set me up in another truck. They have been pretty good about it even though it has been super frustrating for everyone involved.
