If youre still looking, Street Trenz in Santee.
beats all the big guys pricing & they do great work. The owner Erik Wahlgreen is a good dude & has been at it for years.
Dont let the gay website & lack of reviews fool you, you won't be disappointed.
He charged me less than 1/2 what everyone else wanted to install my Westcott lift.
Ive been in the auto industry / ford tech for 32 years...
dont waste your time with off-road warehouse, trick trucks, 4 wheel parts, etc...

I used Miramar Car Audio to have my sound installed. all door speakers Rockford Fosgate, Pioneer amp and Kenwood 10" sub behind the rear seats, and a line out converter.

Pricing seemed decent, work was decently quick, warrantied one year. Pretty cool guys to work with, though from what another shop told me their wiring work was a little cluttered. I don't do electrical so can't say myself. It's been working pretty much flawlessly since install, aside from one bad cable that was giving off a slight buzzing sound in the first couple months. took it in and they replaced free of charge.

But if you're just doing headunit and speakers that's a pretty plug and play install for many options. I used a Joying headunit, works great.

Majority of the shops left in San Diego warranty their stereo work for lifetime…
    Stereo depot, audio lux, etc….

Im just stating their website isn't very impressive & overall lame...
Its not that bad, just implying dont judge them by the website.
their gallery pictures aren't impressive, all over the page various builds.
Lifting trucks is what they specialize in....

I was a ford engine mechanic for 32 years...
I could have put my own lift spindles on my 00 expedition,
erik gave me a great deal & I was able to just focus on my job....
Recently he charged me $480 otd to install Westcott precollars when 4wheel parts, orw, & others were over double....
    wasn't a bro deal either...
Otw / Joes Tire would have been slightly cheaper but didn't want to go there & cheap-out on possibly saving a few more $$$ for sub-par work when it comes to suspension.

Thank you, I really appreciate that! I might just remove it and not replace it with anything since anything that isnt fairly tall will get in the way of the vehicles since its near a parking area.
But that's awfully nice of you to offer to help me out, always super rad people here on TW...I hope you have a great Christmas and new year!

Quads!!? Is there something you want to tell us about? If you are in the closet it's OK if you want to come out, I mean Ill definitely make fun of you but we can still be friends.:duel:

And yeah Im going to Superstition, this time Ill bring the Can AM X3 instead of my trophy jeep, it goes way faster and has 2' of travel front and rear and over 200hp. Way too much fun!

 Nooooo! I still have my CRF450R :bikewheelie2:
Charlie and fam would be on quads, granted I think he still has his KX500 in the garage, I don't know if he ever fixed the top end on that thing.

Hell yeah! I'm not even going to try and keep up, but I'll follow the slowly fading dust trail :headbang:

She does pretty well, and since I can't leave anything alone its got some pretty decent upgrades on it. Ill take you for a ride and you can be the judge! I also have a set of wheel and tires with paddles I got a while back that still have the nipples on them so they are ready to go. I have never even put them on so would be fun in the deep stuff but they get destroyed on the rocks and with Super being a combo of both Ill have to choose my route carefully, but I know my way around out there pretty well so it will be a good time.

That big Ol Tundra seems to get around at a pretty good clip as well so it isn't exactly a slouch either! Those bypasses really help it control the terrain quite well. And you can daily it as well so best of both worlds.

I just like to have fun, wish you were still out here dude! When are you moving back??

Ok glad you cleared some things up for me, I was getting confused. And if he wants to sell that KX let me know, always wanted to have a KX500, my CR500 is nice but having a powervalve on a big bore 2t would be pretty awesome!! I'm not that fast I just cruise around at a higher speed than most, haha.. Would love to co riding with ya, lots of places to go out there so we'll have a good time and once it gets dark we can hop into the X3 and rip that thing. Good times for sure..

Absolutely we are bringing bikes, so plan on bringing the dirt scooter! You can't threaten me with a good time and not pull through. We can do some fun rides and I promise not to try and kill anyone, just some fun stuff.

We definitely miss living in O'side and all the friends we made, it was a blast. Had a hell of a lot of fun out at your place, glad to see you've got it dialed in. We're looking at Kass retiring this year and trying to live "cheap", CA wasn't having any of that. I definitely follow the thread and try to make it down when possible. Farm living is the life, but its like running a daycare center!
