1st gen of the Black Series Vader helmet. It comes apart in three pieces and its held together by magnets. When you pull the face from the collar or put it back together, it also makes movie sounds as if he was taking it off.

ehhh I signed one of those buyer agreements with an agent that expires on 5 January. I’m really weighing if this is even feasible right now. I could wait and save more money but I expect the market to get more expensive so it might be a zero sum gain

 

Dont force it. I have been seeing the market going down lately. More houses sitting on the market for longer. I been getting my bank trying to get me to refinance pretty aggressively to lock in a new apr around 7.9%. I closed on my house in feb of 2019 at 3.7%. I only see them wanting to lock in now so they can get me at a higher rate and because houses are not selling as fast. But I could be wrong and just in my conspiracy mindset wearing a tin foil hat.

 

Any trips to Tucson in the near future? If not I’m driving up there for the 49ers cardinals game if they’re still available by then
